إطلاق برنامج “نورت” التدريبي

عقدت مؤسسة سواعد19 وهيئة المستقبل للتنمية اجتماعاً تنسيقياً، لإطلاق برنامج التدريب المتكامل “نوَّرت”، الذي يستهدف 50 شابة وشاباً في قطاع غزة، في خطوة تهدف إلى تعزيز قدرات الشباب الذاتية والمهاراتية والمعرفية في مجال العمل المجتمعي والتطوعي لمجابهة التحديات المحلية الجسيمة. ويشمل البرنامج مجموعة من المحاور التدريبية، أبرزها: الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، بناء الذات، تصميم المبادرات المجتمعية، حماية الفئات الهشة، إدارة الحوار، والعمل الجماعي، والعنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي بما يسهم في تطوير مهارات الشباب وتعزيز مشاركتهم المجتمعية. ويأتي البرنامج ضمن جهود المؤسستين للاستثمار في طاقات الشباب والشابات، وتعزيز دورهم في إحداث أثر إيجابي ومستدام داخل المجتمع الفلسطيني، في ظل الحاجة المتزايدة إلى بناء مجتمع أكثر وعياً وتماسكاً وقدرة على التعافي.

Sawaed19 and Future for Development Association held a coordination meeting to launch the integrated training programme “Nawwart,” targeting 50 young women and men in the Gaza Strip. The initiative aims to strengthen young people’s personal capacities, practical skills, and knowledge in community and volunteer work to better respond to  pressing local challenges
The programme includes a range of training modules, most notably psychosocial support, self-development, community initiative design, protection of vulnerable groups, dialogue management, teamwork, and gender-based violence awareness. These components are designed to enhance youth skills and foster greater civic and community engagement
The programme comes as part of the two organizations’ ongoing efforts to invest in the potential of young people and strengthen their role in creating positive and sustainable impact within Palestinian society, amid the growing need to build a more aware, cohesive, and resilient community capable of recovery
